Affordable Socials – Cancellation Policy

At Affordable Socials, we keep things simple and transparent. If you’d like to cancel your subscription or ongoing service, please read the policy below.

1) Cancellation Notice Period (3–5 Days Prior)

To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, you must submit your cancellation request at least 3 to 5 business days prior to your scheduled payment date.

This notice period allows time for processing, account changes, and confirmation before your next charge is due.

2) Requests Made Too Close to the Payment Date

If a cancellation request is received less than 3 business days before your payment date, we may not be able to stop the upcoming payment in time. In this case:

  • Your next payment may still be processed, and

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.

3) How to Cancel

To cancel, you must contact us in writing via email:

support@affordablesocials.com

Please include:

  • Your business name

  • The email address linked to your account

  • Your payment date (if known)

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel

4) Confirmation of Cancellation

A cancellation is only considered complete once you receive a written confirmation from Affordable Socials stating that your subscription/service has been cancelled.

5) No Partial Refunds (Optional but Common)

Payments already processed are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle (unless required by law).

6) Immediate Cancellations (Optional Add-On)

If you wish to cancel immediately and stop services straight away, you can request this, but billing rules and processing time still apply as outlined above.

Refund Policy

At Affordable Socials, we take pride in delivering high-quality social media management, content creation, and marketing services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where you require a refund. This policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refund eligibility and the process for requesting one.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • 7 Days Refund on the First Month, 
  • No Refund (After 15 Days) – After 15 days from your first purchase date, we will no longer be able to process any refund requests.

We encourage our customers to try our services within the first two weeks of their purchase to ensure they meet their expectations.

Refund Process

If you decide to request a refund, the following steps will be followed:

  1. Submit a Request – Send an email to support@affordablesocials.com or call us at +44 (0)330 043 7579 with your refund request. Include the following details:

    • Your full name
    • The service purchased
    • Date of purchase
    • The reason for requesting a refund (optional but helps us improve)
  2. Review and Approval – Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 3–5 business days.

  3. Processing the Refund – If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  4. Confirmation – You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Full Refund Policy Clause – Content Removal & Deletion

If you request a full refund on any of our services, we will process the refund accordingly. However, as part of our policy, Affordable Socials will remove and delete all content that we have created, processed, and scheduled on your behalf. This includes:

  • Social Media Posts – Any graphics, captions, videos, or content we have created for your brand.
  • Scheduled Content – Any posts that have been pre-scheduled for future publication will be removed and deleted permanently.
  • Account Optimisations – Any profile enhancements or changes made by our team will be reversed where possible.
  • Engagement & Growth Strategies – Any audience engagement, growth strategies, and automation tools implemented by us will be discontinued immediately.

This means that, from the day we have worked on your accounts, it will be as if Affordable Socials never existed. Please consider this carefully before requesting a refund, as we will not be able to restore any content once removed.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted, including but not limited to:

  • If you fail to provide the necessary materials, information, or approvals required to complete the service.
  • If the content created has already been used, distributed, or published for commercial purposes.
  • If you violate our terms of service, policies, or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • If the request is made after the 30-day refund period.
