What services do you offer?
We offer 5 different social media services on our monthly service plans which are starter, starter+, essential, premium and platinum. We offer our quarterly plans which are billed at once on a quarterly, bi-annual and annual plan. Please visit our pricing page to learn more. We also offer content creators, photographers and models.
Why does my business need social media?

How does the process work after I sign up?
You've signed up, you complete our on-boarding form then one of our team members will reach out to you via phone within 48 hours to learn more about your business and start the process. Our goal is to move from signing up to launching within a span of 2-4 business days.
What are your payment options?
We do not believe in contracts or signed agreement, We simply offer a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual plan, with our annual plan being our cheapest. The reason for this, it allows us to plan and hyper-focus on your pages within a set period of time. Giving us the opportunity to put in hard work within the first few weeks/months whilst we allow it to blossom over a 3, 6 or 12 months period. If you just want to try us out, we offer a monthly plan starting from £39/month in which you can cancel at any time.
Do you need my password for social media?
No, we ask you to connect up your social media account via a safe portal in which we start posting and scheduling our posts from. Unless we are creating you a brand new social media pages, then we we will set a generic password for you to reset later on, once we have started you the log-in details. We may need passwords to do community management and freshening up your pages but this is totally up to you.

Do I need to provide you with content ideas?
While we welcome any content ideas or preferences you have, it's not necessary for you to provide
them. Our team of experts will conduct thorough research on your industry and target audience to
develop content that is relevant, engaging, and effective. We look at the current trends, social media
landscape, the market, your industry, your competitors and news-worthy narratives to create highly
engaging content for your small business.
How often will you post on my social media accounts
The frequency of posting depends on the specific package you have selected to be on and the social
media platforms you want us to manage. We'll work with you to create a posting schedule that aligns
with your goals and ensures consistent engagement with your audience.
Can you help me increase my followers?
Absolutely! Growing your followers is one of our primary goals. Through a combination of organic
strategies, geo-tagging, the use of hashtags and targeted posting, we'll work towards increasing your

request access as account managers to perform our services. For the majority of the accounts, we
may not require passwords. You can trust that your accounts are secure and under your control.

actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions on your social media accounts, ensuring that
your audience feels heard and valued. This is a part of our community management services which is
charged at a fee.
Can you help with paid advertising on social media?
Yes, we can assist you with paid advertising on social media platforms. Our team will create and
optimize ad campaigns to help you reach your target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive
traffic to your website or landing pages. There is a fee for this but discuss this with your account
manager.
Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact

How do I communicate with my account manager?
You can communicate with your account manager through multiple channels. We provide email,

way to reach your account manager whenever you need assistance.
Can I see the progress of my social media accounts?
Absolutely! We provide you with a user-friendly dashboard where you can track the progress of your
social media accounts. The dashboard will show key metrics, such as follower growth, engagement
rates, and content performance, allowing you to see the impact of our efforts.
Do you offer additional services apart from social media management?
Yes, we offer additional services to complement our social media management, such as social media
advertising, content strategy development, social media audits, and influencer marketing. Our goal is
to provide a comprehensive solution to enhance your social media presence.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. If, within the first 14 days of working
together, you are not happy with our service, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply let us
know, and we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked.
